  * Intel Skylake (6th Generation Core) CPU or later with Intel HD, Iris Xe or Arc graphics. 지원.
  * Arc 의 경우에는 Linux Kernel 6.2 필요.
  * Intel GPU 사용시 handbrake flatpak 버전의 경우
  * flatpak 설치시에 https://handbrake.fr/downloads.php 여기서 flatpak 용 intel QSV plugin 을 설치해줘야 한다.
  * **Preset - > Official > Hardware > H.265 QSV 1080p** 기본 프리셋을 시작으로해서 튜닝하면 좋다.
  * **비디오 -> 상세설정** 에서 다음을 추가해줘야 올바로 작동했다.(intel video 드라이버 상황에 따라 다를 수 있음. 따옴표로 감싸지 말 것.)
